GPT-6 Astra shipped on 3 September 2026 with five reasoning levels, computer use in ChatGPT Work and Codex, an opt-in Codex feature that keeps notes across context windows, a 1.05M-token window with a price cliff at 272K, and a coding lead on terminal work. Most of what changes is not the wording of the prompt but what you tell Astra before it starts: the effort level, the target app, the hold points, what counts as done. 17 prompts for exactly that, each with the level to set and where to set it, checked against OpenAI's own pages on 8 September 2026. Nothing here asks Astra to find or exploit a weakness in anything; the public release refuses the advanced end of that work, such as proof-of-concept exploits, and this pack stays out of all of it.
